7 STEP PROCESS

INTRODUCTION

A no obligation meeting to establish your brief & budget. arcBLD will provide you with a design fee proposal and return brief.

CONCEPT DESIGN

A concept design is prepared as well as a project timeline, a preliminary cost estimate and forecast cashflow for the entire project.  

 

TOWN PLANNING DESIGN & SUBMISSION

The concept design is developed with preliminary engineering advice. Planning documentation is prepared as well as a interior design concept /scope.  The preliminary cost estimate is further refined and the project timeline and cashflow is updated.

 

TOWN PLANNING APPROVAL

arcBLD manage the planning submission and respond to questions raised by Council. 

 

BUILDING PERMIT/CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION

Design documentation progresses to a level required to achieve a building permit and define the scope of works for the building contract. 

PRICE & CONTRACT

arcBLD will provide a price and timeline based on the final design.  A Construction contract is prepared and signed with the building deposit paid.

 

CONSTRUCTION

arcBLD deliver your building project. when complete we provide a thorough handover of your new home with necessary post completion support.
